SE Bullock Now 63-0

Southeast Bulloch has set standards for flag football that may prove to be unreachable. The Yellow Jackets beat North Oconee 14-0 to win the Division 1 title, its third straight championship, and sends this group of seniors out with a 62-0 record. “It’s pretty special,” Southeast Bulloch coach Marci Cochran said. “We’re a little school in Brooklet (near Statesboro) and we have one caution light, but it’s pretty impressive.

The team defeated North Oconee 14-0 in the GHSA Flag Football Division I state championship game inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Monday to win a third consecutive state title. Following a scoreless first half, Southeast Bulloch came out firing in the second half to go up 14-0 and never looked back to shut out North Oconee and claim the win.

With the win, the Yellow Jackets have now won 62 straight games and finished the 2023 season 22-0.
